AVO AI ("la app") es un asistente de inteligencia artificial para iPhone desarrollado por Avo Agency (Andrea Piani). Al usar la app aceptas estos términos y la política de privacidad.

1. El servicio

AVO AI responde a tus preguntas y te sugiere actividades, excursiones, restaurantes y lugares cercanos. Las respuestas las genera un modelo de inteligencia artificial de un proveedor externo (Agnes AI) y se completan con datos de OpenWeather, OpenStreetMap y Pl@ntNet. La app es gratuita, se financia con publicidad y ofrece una suscripción opcional, AVO AI Pro.

AVO AI Pro

La versión gratuita incluye 15 mensajes y 3 identificaciones de plantas al día. AVO AI Pro es una suscripción mensual con renovación automática que elimina esos límites y la publicidad. El precio se muestra en la app y en el App Store antes de comprar, y el pago se carga en tu cuenta de Apple al confirmar la compra. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo en curso; puedes gestionarla o cancelarla en Ajustes > ID de Apple > Suscripciones. Cancelar detiene las renovaciones futuras, no el periodo ya pagado. Se aplica también el contrato de licencia de Apple (EULA).

2. Las respuestas pueden contener errores

La inteligencia artificial puede equivocarse, dar información incompleta o desactualizada. Las respuestas son orientativas y no sustituyen el consejo de un profesional.

No uses AVO AI para decisiones médicas, legales o financieras.
En excursiones, rutas en bicicleta y actividades al aire libre, comprueba siempre el estado de los senderos, los avisos oficiales y el tiempo antes de salir. La identificación de plantas es aproximada: no comas ni toques una planta basándote solo en la app.
En caso de emergencia llama al 112.

3. Uso aceptable

No uses la app para fines ilegales, para generar contenido que incite al odio, a la violencia o al acoso, ni para intentar eludir sus filtros. Puedes denunciar una respuesta ofensiva desde la propia app.

4. Servicios de terceros

La app depende de servicios externos (Agnes AI, OpenWeather, OpenStreetMap, Pl@ntNet, Google AdMob). Si uno de ellos deja de funcionar, la función correspondiente puede no estar disponible. El uso de esos servicios se rige también por sus propias condiciones.

5. Responsabilidad

La app se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías de disponibilidad continua ni de exactitud de las respuestas. En la medida permitida por la ley, Andrea Piani no responde de daños derivados del uso de la información proporcionada por la app. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te reconoce la normativa de protección de los consumidores.

6. Cambios y ley aplicable

Podemos actualizar estos términos; la fecha de arriba indica la última versión. Se aplica la ley española.

AVO AI ("the app") is an artificial intelligence assistant for iPhone developed by Avo Agency (Andrea Piani). By using the app you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

1. The service

AVO AI answers your questions and suggests activities, hikes, restaurants and nearby places. Answers are generated by an artificial intelligence model from an external provider (Agnes AI) and enriched with data from OpenWeather, OpenStreetMap and Pl@ntNet. The app is free, funded by advertising, and offers an optional subscription, AVO AI Pro.

AVO AI Pro

The free version includes 15 messages and 3 plant identifications per day. AVO AI Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that removes those limits and the ads. The price is shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals, not the period already paid. Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA) also applies.

2. Answers may contain mistakes

Artificial intelligence can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Answers are for guidance only and do not replace professional advice.

Do not use AVO AI for medical, legal or financial decisions.
For hikes, bike rides and outdoor activities, always check trail conditions, official warnings and the weather before you set out. Plant identification is approximate: never eat or touch a plant based on the app alone.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for illegal purposes, to generate hateful, violent or harassing content, or to try to bypass its filters. You can report an offensive answer from inside the app.

4. Third-party services

The app relies on external services (Agnes AI, OpenWeather, OpenStreetMap, Pl@ntNet, Google AdMob). If one of them stops working, the related feature may be unavailable. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.

5. Liability

The app is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or of the accuracy of its answers. To the extent permitted by law, Andrea Piani is not liable for damages arising from the use of information provided by the app. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.

6. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Spanish law applies.
